Recently, Ningbo Zhenrui Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. successfully obtained the real estate ownership certificate for its annual production project of 50000 flexible intelligent exoskeleton robots. The project took only 11 days from land harvesting to obtaining the real estate ownership certificate, accelerating the subsequent development and construction progress of the project.

The speed of project land acquisition is related to the pace of urban construction and development. This year, the Municipal Bureau of Land Resources and Urban Rural Development, the Municipal Development and Reform Bureau, and the Municipal Taxation Bureau, in conjunction with the Municipal Office of Business Environment Construction, actively implemented the reform of "land acquisition" and paved the way for urban development.

The relevant person in charge of the Administrative Approval Department of the Municipal Planning Bureau introduced that the core of the "land acquisition" reform is to streamline information and optimize processes in the process of enterprise land acquisition and certification. We have comprehensively sorted out the traditional land acquisition process, optimized and integrated project land acquisition, project filing, land use planning permit, payment of transfer fees, real estate registration and other links, achieved seamless connection, promoted 'one piece of land, one file package' among relevant departments, and realized online 'sharing and self pickup' of data in upstream and downstream links, making the simplification rate of enterprise application materials reach more than 60%. "The person in charge said that currently, when handling relevant procedures, enterprises no longer have to travel back and forth between different business windows and repeatedly submit multiple materials, effectively realizing 'data online running' instead of staff running around, greatly reducing the burden on enterprises.

Since the implementation of the "land acquisition" reform on September 25th this year, it has not only simplified the land acquisition procedures and accelerated the issuance of real estate certificates, but also provided higher quality and efficient services for enterprises throughout the city. As of now, our city has implemented 14 projects and completed 11 real estate registrations through the "land acquisition" process.
