On June 28th, the Management Committee of Yuyao Industrial Park and State Grid Yuyao Power Supply Company signed an agreement on strengthening power supply services and improving energy efficiency in Yuyao Industrial Park, marking the first beneficial attempt of government enterprise cooperation in the province to jointly build a low-carbon park.

Yuyao Industrial Park is at the forefront of promoting new industrialization and a hot land for development and construction investment in our city, and is in a critical period of leapfrog development. At present, the park is continuously strengthening top-level design, scientifically planning industrial layout, and steadily advancing project construction.

To develop the park, electricity should be given priority. This cooperation will be specifically implemented by Yuyao Shunyuan City Service Co., Ltd. and State Grid (Ningbo) Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd. Both parties will leverage their respective advantages, focusing on the three service systems of "clean energy suppliers, energy efficiency improvement service providers, and energy trading aggregators", focusing on the source, process, and end of energy consumption in the park area. The goal is to provide clean energy supply, efficient energy consumption, and low-carbon trading. Based on the actual construction needs of the park, they will plan and construct public power infrastructure in the park in advance to ensure worry free electricity use for major projects, coordinate and promote the construction of comprehensive energy projects, and provide high-quality power supply services for the transformation and upgrading of the park industry and investment attraction.

It is worth mentioning that in the process of cooperation, the park will also build a digital management platform for electric energy carbon. Through the construction of a safe, reliable, clean, low-carbon, flexible and efficient energy Internet, the park will realize the monitoring of enterprise capacity distribution, production early warning, energy consumption trends, carbon emission intensity statistical analysis, energy trading and other functions, and provide one-stop services for the park's operation through the "sunshine shopkeeper" business. In addition, the platform can also utilize the integrated energy virtual power plant platform to fully aggregate various adjustable resources such as distributed photovoltaics, energy storage, and charging piles, providing accurate load forecasting, auxiliary service trading, resource monitoring, and resource management services.

At present, our city is in an important stage of accelerating the cultivation of new quality productive forces and promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure. This cooperation is a new starting point for the joint efforts of government and enterprises to explore a new pattern of comprehensive energy service development, injecting new momentum into the low-carbon energy structure of our city, and providing a "Yuyao model" for the green, low-carbon, and high-quality development of industrial parks in Ningbo and even the whole province.
