Chen Changfeng said that the work report of the Ningbo Municipal Government summarized the achievements of Ningbo's economic and social development in the past year, and clearly deployed the overall goals and main tasks of this year's government work. The position is high, the achievements are bright, the planning is strong, and the people's livelihood is warm. We must unify our thoughts and actions with the specific requirements of the Ningbo Municipal Party Committee and Government, conscientiously fulfill our functions of political consultation, democratic supervision, and participation in politics, and demonstrate the responsibility and commitment of CPPCC members in the new era through practical actions.

Chen Changfeng pointed out that the Ningbo Municipal Government's work report, which mentioned "expanding higher-level opening up and focusing on promoting urban internationalization," is very inspiring. Currently, actively cultivating new drivers of foreign trade economy has become one of the key paths for Ningbo to win the global market. It is suggested to support the development of "new formats" in cross-border e-commerce and accelerate the cultivation of new growth points in foreign trade economy while playing a good role in market development; By promoting the dual circulation development of domestic and foreign trade, digital transformation of foreign trade enterprises, and cultivating foreign trade "chain owner" enterprises, measures are taken to promote the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade entities; By increasing the proportion of high-tech product exports, vigorously cultivating emerging export industries, and promoting the internationalization of independent brands, we will continue to optimize the structure of foreign trade export products; By improving the market development service system, enhancing the ability to respond to international trade frictions, strengthening guidance and services for "going global" enterprises, and enhancing the guarantee of resources and factors for foreign trade development, we aim to optimize the business environment for foreign trade enterprises.

Chen Changfeng pointed out that the Ningbo Municipal Government Work Report has deployed three specific tasks to promote "high standard construction of urban civilization, high-quality supply of cultural services, and high-quality development of cultural industries". As an important part of Ningbo's excellent culture, Yuyao takes prehistoric culture, Yaojiang culture, and red culture as the starting point to accelerate the transformation of cultural soft power into a hard support for economic and social development. Suggest that Ningbo incorporate more elements of Hemudu culture into the framework of the "Exploration of Ocean Civilization" project and the Cultural Gene Activation Project, and support the establishment and application for World Heritage status of Hemudu National Archaeological Site Park; Coordinate the series of activities related to the inheritance of Yangming culture, and provide support in terms of funding, research capacity allocation, approval of management institutions, and invitation of experts; Strive for relevant policies and attract more enterprises to participate in the construction of the Siming Mountain Provincial Tourism Resort and the development of the Siming Mountain EOD project, in order to make the lives of the people in the old area more prosperous.
